How does a customer submit a review?
One day after the departure date, our system automatically generates and sends out a review form to the customers who have attended your programs by booking through us. The customers then have 30 days to fill in and submit their review form.
They can choose to attach their name to the review or to remain anonymous. Should they choose to remain anonymous, we will respect their wish and not disclose their name under any circumstances.
In the review form, customers are free to share positive and/or negative comments on your programs and instructors, and give ratings to different aspects of your holiday package, such as:
- The quality of included activities
- The accommodation and facilities
- The food quality
- The location
- The quality of instructor(s)
- Value for money aspect
- The overall experience
There are 4 options on the rating scale:
- Perfect (Everything was better than expected)
- Very Good (Everything was as expected)
- Okay (Not as good as expected)
- Bad (Nothing as expected)
Once the customer has submitted their review, it is placed in a verification queue and you will be notified via email that a new review has been submitted. One of our team members will verify the review and approve it for publication. It will then show up in your listings and business page.
