How does the review system work?

We have Verified customer reviews on our platform. What is a verified review?

• Verified reviews – are the reviews that come directly from customers who attended your program by booking through us. These cannot be edited by anyone after the review is submitted, not even by the customer. 

The verified reviews are displayed on your listings and business page.

Our team will approve the review for publication if the review does not contain:

• Inappropriate language - disrespectful, threatening, harassing, vulgar and/or obscene content.
• Commercial content - advertising or promoting other companies.
• Dishonest reviews and intention - content that is submitted with extortion purposes and may seem misleading, false, or fraudulent.
• Irrelevant content - irrelevant or off-topic content or, content outside of the holiday experience offered by our partners.

The final decision to approve or disapprove the review for publication remains at Tripaneer’s discretion.
