Cookie Duration

The cookie window for the inquiry to be made is 14 days.

When a visitor from your website lands on our website and creates an inquiry (a reservation to book), this reservation is linked to your affiliate ID through the cookies. When this inquiry turns into a booking (regardless of the number of days), you'll receive the commission share, as the inquiry was already linked to you. This means that even if the booking was made months later than the inquiry, you still receive your commission share. 

When a customer lands on one of the Tripaneer websites, we use cookies to recognize where the customer comes from and save this in their session with the Affiliate ID. The cookie tracks for 2 weeks, based on the 'last paid click', meaning customers cannot also have entered via Google ads or other affiliate websites in the meantime (in that case the cookie is overwritten by the other party).
