How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Reservations are confirmed once the deposit has been paid. If you chose to submit your payment details along with your reservation inquiry, the deposit amount will only be deducted once the organizer confirms availability.
After your deposit has been paid, you’ll receive an email from us outlining all the information you need about the travel experience, organizer, and your payment. If you paid a deposit for a travel experience and did not receive an email confirmation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
