How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation is subject to the organizer’s cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reason, please contact us immediately. You can also inform the organizer via the messaging page of your account.

Cancellation due to non-availability
In this case, please contact the organizer to confirm the availability of your requested dates before managing the booking payment.

Cancellation during the retreat due to bad service
In the unlikely event that you find your retreat unsatisfactory with terrible service or the retreat does not seem to be as advertised, please write to us explaining your experience during the retreat. 

We will notify you once we receive any response from the organizer including further action taken.
