I’ve cancelled, how do I get a refund?

To find out if you are eligible to get a refund, please refer to the cancellation policy of the organizer. The information can be found in the Cancellation Policy section on the retreat page. For further assistance, please contact us immediately. 

Refund due to bad service
In the event that you find your retreat to be unsatisfactory with terrible service or the retreat does not seem to be as advertised, please write us an email using the contact form on our website explaining your experience during the retreat. Once we receive it from you, we are going to forward your feedback to the holiday organizer. We will also request a positive management response to the organizer regarding your complaint. We will help you to communicate your refund request to the organizer and keep you updated during its process.
